Request expiry
Requests remain open for 72 hours. If a request expires without acceptance, it is generally eligible for a refund as shown in the payment review screen.
Not eligible
Accepted requests, completed interactions and cases involving policy violations may not be refundable. The exact status is shown in Payment history.
Timing
Once approved, refunds are sent through the payment provider. Bank or UPI timelines can vary.
