Terms of Service

The following is a draft summary of the expectations for using Garba Vibe-Match.

Draft, pending legal review

Eligibility and honesty

You must be 18 or older and declare that honestly. Identity details, age and gender are self-declared; we do not verify government ID. False information, impersonation or attempts to bypass safety controls can lead to a permanent ban.

Respect and safety

Use the service lawfully, respect consent, do not request money or sensitive documents, and follow the Community Guidelines. Badges are signals, not guarantees.

Requests and account action

Paid requests, refunds and expiry are shown before payment. We may pause or remove accounts that create safety risks or break these terms.
